YOUR INFORMATION
Enquiry privacy notice
How we use the details you share when asking about cleaning.
Updated 11 October 2026.
Who is responsible?
CLEANNEST GROUP UK LTD (company number 16867417), trading as CleanNest Group UK, is responsible for your enquiry information. Our registered office is 28 Florian Grove, Darlaston, Wednesbury, WS10 8DW. Contact info@cleannestgroup.co.uk about your information or this notice.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email, postcode, cleaning preferences and any phone number, property details, messages or photo/video links you choose to provide. We use these to respond, assess the work, prepare a quote and arrange a booking. Required fields help us contact you and check coverage; without them we may be unable to quote. Photos, videos and your phone number are optional.
For enquiries about a service for yourself, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract if you book. For business contacts and general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding and arranging our services. We also have legitimate interests in protecting our website, preventing misuse and handling complaints. Where records must be kept by law, we rely on that legal obligation.
Who receives your information?
Our form uses Formspree to process and store submissions and send them to our business email, hosted by Fasthosts. Our website hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and delivery logs to operate and secure their services.
When arranging a clean, we share only the relevant job and contact details with the cleaning provider involved. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where needed for legal obligations or claims. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Formspree and overseas processing
Formspree states that it uses infrastructure in the United States and may process information in other countries where it operates. Its privacy policy explains its processing and protections. Contact us if you want further information about the arrangements applying to your enquiry, or email us directly if you prefer not to use the form.
Photos and video links
Only share material you are entitled to share. Avoid images of people, private documents, keys, access codes or other sensitive information. We use enquiry images to assess and arrange the requested cleaning; sharing them for a quote does not give us permission to publish them as advertising. Your chosen photo-sharing service has its own privacy settings and policy. You can revoke its link when it is no longer needed.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to answer you, follow up your quote and resolve related questions. If you book, relevant information becomes part of your booking records. Retention is determined by whether a quote or booking is still active, any unresolved complaint or claim, and applicable accounting or legal record-keeping requirements. Unnecessary information should not be retained simply because it was submitted with an enquiry. You can ask us about, or request deletion of, your particular records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact us at the email above to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Website technology
The website code does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Hosting providers may maintain operational security logs. Submitting the form takes you to Formspree, where its own technology and privacy practices apply. We do not use your enquiry to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
